Step 1 - First call to know your needs and borrowing capacity

Usually the first call will take around 20 mins up to 45 mins, the purpose of this call is for Rachel to find out the basic background and what your needs are, also going through some highlights of your application. It is free of charge and you do not need to apply for an approval until you are ready to purchase or settle your property.

Step 2 - Start the Mortgage Application, it is all done online!

We will send you a portal link for you to fill in your details and upload the required documents, this system is approved by ASIC and highly secured, once it's done, please allow 2 business days for us to get back to you and go through the details. This can be done online!

Step 3 - Approval granted and start the your property journey

Approval usually takes 1 - 2 business days to be granted, some lenders might take up to 15 business days. Rachel will explain what is the maximum property value you can afford, provide free Corelogic reports, go through the details of at least 5 reports and explain the process of purchasing a property in Australia.

Step 4 - Further enquiries during the process

We understand the process might be a bit of a hassle and we try to explain the proper ways and work involved to minimize your risks. Rachel will answer your questions and go through the details with you so that you can sit back and relax.

Step 5 - How if it is an Auction?

There are a lot of good properties and they are Auction! Do not worry as long as you have the valid approval and proper work done before the Auction, you are all set to go!

Rachel will be explaining the Auction process with you and share some Auction tips with you!

Step 6 - Unconditional approval & Settlement Booking

We will keep following up until your property settlement is done! Including communicating with your solicitor and bank, we will make sure the process is clear and smooth for you, also explain what needs to be done or provided prior to the settlement.

After sales service - Refinance and rate tracking!

We don’t stop after settlement, as soon as you find your interest rate is higher than average, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will see what can be done. Sometimes we can negotiate your rate with your existing lender without sending in a new application!
